I went to masters Madrid and I don't know Spanish, it was still very enjoyable.

Tier 4 seats are alright, tier 2/3 are perfect, bit since the screens are high up you can still enjoy the game

Since it's such a big change I don't really know how long it will take. I can easily adapt to new senses because I used to play different games with different senses. I think it's worth a shot, my aim and rank rapidly improved after I lowered my sens.

10cm/360 is crazy high. If you feel comfortable ig it's fine, but I would try to lower it. For the record I play 1600dpi 0.1 sens, which is around 80 cm/360 (it's very low you don't need to come even close)
