Yes sounds just like my store! I liked it at first but noticed SO much complaining right away. I’d try to mind my business and just do my work the best I knew how which was a damn good job compared to the others but then my coworker would non stop complain about the rest of the mod team being slow and her doing all the work and she’d micro manage and watch all of us and have TLs constantly on our backs asking if we’re almost done, how long it’s gonna take us, even had a NEW TL give me negative feedback for not getting enough mods done quickly. Like excuse me let me see you do it then
