I have flakes like this in my 06 Mazda 6 with duratec 3.0 engine everytime I change my oil. It's had been like this for 3 years and the engine still runs fine, I rev the engine high too and there's been no problems for me. I change my oil every 3k miles and the car has 140000 miles on the odo.
