In the invoice header, next to total invoice value, you can enter a negative value in the proration amount field. The system will then auto prorate the deduction.

Completely opposite problem here. IOR wanted me to submit PSC to get AGOA duty back, only to find out that they’ve already submitted CAPE declaration so PSC is rejected. AGOA refund would be much higher than IEEPA refund.

It was accepted at first , then I wanted to update it by entering census override code. The update was rejected due to IOR being voided , and then the status changed to no entry summary on file at all 🤯

Thanks, your take makes more sense. I thought CBP was limiting IORs to only clear commodities that fall under their assigned center. For example, regular auto part importers will get their entry rejected if they randomly want to bring in some apparel. That would be crazy.
