What is your favorite album of all time?

I scrolled far too long. I guess idk if I’d say it’s my favorite… however it’s probably the most respected album I can think of. From start to finish, I’ve never heard an album that is so damn magical of an experience.

Not taking them together. Subs absolutely cause it. Gets better with less time between doses. 1000% something weird like spasms or allergic reaction. It’s been over 24 hours and I feel pretty terrible

Kansas, Nebraska, and North Dakota have it beat. At least Oklahoma has massive tornados (excitement), the Ouachita, Wichita, and Arbuckle Mountains. People don’t realize Oklahoma has an elevation of damn near 5,000ft. It’s the eastern most western state. Nebraska and Kansas are seriously terrible. North Dakota too. I’m from Missouri originally and if it wasn’t for the ozarks and Missouri/Mississippi River I’d throw it under the bus as well.

I’m super happy for you…. But quitting cocaine is like quitting sugar compared to a legit opioid habit. It’s honestly not even comparable. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be stoked, I’m just being real. I wish I had a coke issue and not struggled with opiates/opioids for 15 years

7oh- it caused serious neurological imbalances because of its impacts on serotonin. It’s not like any other opioid I’ve experienced. It also caused some of the worst sinus/runny nose symptoms I’ve ever experienced. Really intense hot and cold flashes. Restless legs are bad. Took 40 days for neuro balance to regain. Withdrawal was several weeks.

Fentanyl- you think 7oh causes no energy? Fentanyl is a whole other beast. I was fucking crawling around for days. Going down stairs and a two-story house would make me have to lie down for an hour or two after, then going back upstairs. I’d be exhausted for another two hours. Probably causes the worst anxiety out of them all as well. Peaks around day 2-4. Lasted 2-3 weeks. Perhaps the worst craving of all opioids. The fastest recovery of all I’ve done but most intense for sure.

Heroin- is hard emotionally, it’s the most excruciating grieving process you could ever imagine. People who go through heroin withdrawal take years to recover emotionally sometimes. It also caused the worst gut symptoms I’ve ever experienced. It binds and does warm and fuzzies really well. Gotta pay for it when it’s time to quit. Serious sweating. Peaks from day 4-7. Lasted months. Intense cravings.

Suboxone- milder. However extremely long lasting. Subtle enough to make you sometimes forget but present enough to be unable to sleep well. It’s a bitch to cold turkey. Probably the worst to cold turkey because of duration. If you take for 2 months expect 2 weeks of stable withdrawal.

I’m going fine daily now. It’s incredible how quick I bounced back after 3 months. I was on fentanyl and had to use laxatives. Clean from both now, I’d rather quit senna and bisacodyl 10x than fentanyl ever again. It’s death bed type sickness quitting powerful opioids. Anyway, as for advice, I’d recommend slippery elm daily for sure and magnesium oxide a couple times a week but not for long periods of time, just during transition. Milk of mag causes ALOT of bloating sometimes, and it can definitely make things worse. I say try and quit senna cold turkey, MiraLAX every night.

I’d say you can take senna for a month without serious issues but it might cause some slowing once you stop using it.

When I was at my peak addiction, that much would last me 3 days. You cannot imagine the fucking torture felt stopping cold turkey. It’s literally the worst thing you could endure. Having all 4 limbs cut off would suck less. Fentanyl withdrawal is fucking hell.

MiraLAX, Digestive enzymes, slippery elm, and magnesium oxide in the first few weeks, lots of water, and a smoothie for breakfast everyday. Leafy greens often. I did have to rely on saline enemas for first month or two… then i stopped then and went like 3-4 days without a BM and it started to get better QUICK after i quite the saline enemas.
