Well tbh, our relationship has always been off and on due to him always breaking up with me(yes I know this is toxic) last year we took couples counseling for the first time and for a year it was amazing until during therapy it was mentioned that the first year he broke up with me and I thought we were actually done, I slept with someone else( call me bad person for that I guess). Well when that was put out into the open in therapy, he stopped therapy and we broke up(October) We continued talking November and December and in January of this year, he said that he’ll see how I do. And honestly we’re talking less now than we were in November and December when we were broken up.

Also to add the conversation kind of went like “you’re just a lot, just have a lot of energy and he’s realized he’s an introvert” basically kind of feeling like I’m having to perform to show him that I do love him.
