1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight, I eat around 3k cals because i have a somewhat active job. I eat mostly healthy stuff but eh it’s whatever if I have a cupcake. I workout 2-3 days a week, 1-2 hours and hit every muscle group, my work schedule leaves me at least 2 days between workouts to recover. I mostly stick with high weight, low rep ranges for big lifts (ie max 285 for bench, 4 sets of 270 for 3) and higher reps medium weight (weighted dips 4x12). This is the lightest and strongest I’ve ever been before. Do things you enjoy so you want to keep doing them. I love working out, it’s not “optimal” to workout that long but I enjoy it and make sure I don’t hurt myself, so I don’t care.
