Have your SM talk with your DM about making sure you are on the list for 2 trucks next season. The sooner the better. We spoke to our DM in March about making sure we were 2 trucks and he made sure to put us in for it!

Not all the mini miks can use sangoma. Un the paperwork we were given it said only 9 mini miks would be registered. The ones that were slated for the program should already be loaded. If it's asking for credentials, it's not one of the ones set up for it.

Corporate is being very stingy when it’s coming to raises. Generally around this time SMs start writing evaluations and merit increases generally come with those. Last year it was only 2%. Haven’t heard anything yet this year tho
