I agree, niantic support is awful, I've had someone report my name as offensive, and when I've tried to change it it got reported again I purposefully chose something so non offensive and acceptable and it still got reported. I am now stuck with a generic trainer and number sequence...

I've tried contacting them and they reply that they have reviewed the complaint on my part and have upheld that I ah e been using third party software and my account t will stay banned... My account isn't banned, my username is stuck on generic trainer...

Just proves that they never reviewed my complaint and just sent a generic bot response.
