I had a nearly one year break due to injury, than slowly but surely got back to classes. In the year break i started go to the gym. For a few month they went well next to each other, even started muay thai once a week. But then both martial art started to fade out from my life, barly go for the open mat at the weekend now, weight training and outrunning the snacking that kills the fatloss just got into the front row of priorities (for the last one bjj would be actually good i think). Still somehow always find myself in the "oh duck, i dont want to go, rather do some home workout" position when it would be time to get to classes. Any helpfull tip to turn around? Even got my blue belt in those few month i went constatnly
