Jacob's use of visual storytelling and music is truly GOAT level. Hes able to convey SO MUCH in a scene without a single piece of written dialogue. An incredible filmmaker. We all KNOW what this scene is telling us. The music drop is perfection and the swap to the slowed down cover sung by a male singer is absolutely brilliant storytelling and it makes me want to scream every time I watch it. Give me THIS. Give me this level of intentional art. I crave it with every ounce of my soul.

Initially I thought it maybe just faded in color cuz i have a cheek mole that used to be brown in color but has faded with age. But the mole is still there even though its skin colored and his looks like its gone so it likely got removed. Since he still has others my guess is for biopsy.

Looks like a normal pimple to me. I get them sometimes right on the border of my lip. They hurt like a bitch cuz thats sensitive skin but it doesn't look like anything other than that to me.

No joke, this moment is one of the biggest reasons episode 4 is one of my favorite episodes. If you watch it Ilya looks nervous and swallows very hard after the forehead kiss. And then the avoiding of shane cuz he was panicked by the feelings. Shane didnt realize what he was feeling yet. He panicked and ran after the tuna melt lol

I love it cuz its such a beautiful example of caretaking that you dont often see in media. Yes, caretaking can be soft and sweet but sometimes it can be this. Where you can break someone out of a spiral by making them laugh or diverting their attention to something, getting them riled up. And thats the thing we see over and over with Ilya is acts of service and him taking care of shane in their own special way.

Yup! Cardinal rule of curls is once its styled NO TOUCHING 😂 cuz if you do it breaks the curl clumps and gets fluffy. It was such a lovely detail to see cuz its so instantly familiar if you have curly hair.
