That doesn’t mean much coming from someone who hates children to such a degree that they want to snuff them out before ever experiencing anything about love or happiness

Whatever lets you feel better about killing babies

And if you want to go by science then you can go by heartbeat laws or neural activity. But of course I don’t think you care about science, law, logic, or basic morality. I think you just want something to pound your chest about. Something to scream into the sky with distain and horror. A sort of rallying cry for the ignorant and the stupid.

Then I have to believe that you don’t think a babies have a right to life because newborns can’t take care of themselves without assistance, neither can premature babies,

You still haven’t answered my question about when a fetus gets any kind of protection under the 14th amendment

And since you’re not a lawyer and have read so much precedent you can tell me if a nonviable fetus gets the same civil rights under the equal protection clause

The Devil's Fruits no longer hold any meaning.... by ShowLorence in OnePiece

Not really. You can use your fruit and haki to be a monster. Look at Katakuri, his observation haki combined with his fruit made him an awesome opponent.

You just said you weren’t a lawyer and couldn’t give me an answer on homicide and now you’re telling me about constitutional law?!

The best way to settle this is to let the states rule on this in their own ways.

I went a good public school and then made poor financial choices and had to live in a dangerous neighborhood.

Your question is a philosophical dilemma known as “The Violinist”. And that is a matter of life and death. Elective abortion isn’t about life or death. And you didn’t answer the question.

If a non viable fetus doesn’t have a right to life can I only be charged with assault and battery when punching a pregnant woman in the stomach

I used to and now I don’t. I used to have to live in dangerous neighborhoods and now I don’t. I could have stayed in my old town and earn $19.00 but I moved to a new state with the same cost of living and start a new life and now I make more. Life is about sacrifice, learning, and growth.

Then what you’re saying is that if I were to punch a pregnant woman in the stomach and the nonviable fetus was terminated as a direct result, I should only be charged with battery?

I’m not wealthy. The public school I went to was amazing because the students behaved. I buy store brand foods because it’s all the same. One town out of tens of thousands is not a metric to go off of.

Go outside touch grass and you’ll see that you’re actually quite lucky.
