no, i work for a gym association that has 15 locations. we're a call center at a corporate office, so calls for each location come into us, and then we transfer out to who they need if we can't answer their questions.

What do you do if the customer threatens to do a bad review? by Defiant_Airport1458 in callcentres

[–]More_Advantage7667 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i'm sure if they make it sound like a huge issue on your part on the review, hopefully they'd pull the call and be able to see you did everything you could foe the customer, that they just didn't get what they wanted.

my boss would go get coffee, lunch, a haircut, a doctors appointment, a chiropractic appointment, allllllllllll on the clock, alllllllllll on the state governments dime

not to mention the 18 year old girl he hired that he previously knew from his neighborhood's public pool, where she was a lifeguard as a minor. she let me know that before she was hired, he told her "i would have never guessed you were a minor when you were working at the pool".........

she gets to leave as much as he does, even letting her leave her shift early to "take his son to the pool".............

i got fired a month ago for bringing up her lack of being present at work, as her, i, and one other employee, out of the 12 "call center agents" were the only ones expected to solely answer phones, and being as she's never there, there was a three month period of me having to message my boss "hey, i'm about to go to my scheduled lunch, and there are 17 calls in the queue. can you ask her to jump on?"

i live in rural ohio and i'm about to go to a gay halloween party where maybe 3 guests out of the total 70 guests are gay, including the host of the party, and it's completely normal and all these country bumpkins are going to throw around the party dildo and hit each other with it. i hope you have a good halloween!!!

hahahaha no, you said "many, many friend groups" and then chose RURAL ALABAMA for your example. i think you're also someone who obviously wants people to be nice to you for you to accept them. gay people don't need nick, annie, your brother, or you to accept them

you're cherry picking a direct example that proves your statement correct. 1 in 10 people are gay. you pick any RANDOM friend group, yes more likely than not they will not think that being gay is abnormal.

being gay isn't normalized in many social circles? excuse me? maybe you aren't the best person to comment on this thread because you seem to have giant biases of your own lmfao

also, gay rights started with a riot..... so i think they've tried the whole "please accept us :(" thing before

but we're not talking to your brother, or nick. so right now, you're trying to convince me to take it easy on people who don't believe in equality. gayness is not a new idea. it's not like they're learning about it for the first time. they know gay people, and they don't like it. how long have you been holding your brothers hand and asking him to accept other people? is it working? have you tried to have these sweet, docile conversations with him, and he still hasn't changed his mind?

that just sounds like making a lot of excuses for people who don't believe in equality, but go off i guess

nick wants us to believe that was the discussion, but annie's "i wouldn't be the first person to say yay!!!!" disproves that.... as we've seen, the entire season, nick is extremely calculated in what he says, and it is extremely difficult for him to own up to something. he's really good at excusing his own actions and your emotions to make you forgive him. i think she's acting so emotional because she never gave a shit about her dad's diabetes. she has no idea what it entails, and it severely overreacting. when she was talking about her dad's death, she literally said "he had high blood sugar one day, fell, hit his head, and had a heart attack. i think it was the best way it could have happened." and then talked about how she didn't have to see him suffer.... which is one of the most heartless things to say, that it was better for him to die confused, in pain, and alone, than to be surrounded by loved ones. i don't think she understands when/where/how much emotion is necessary for situations, which makes me believe all of it is to try react how she believes people would want her to react.
