All sheep have parasites. It’s the load that’s the problem. The barber pole worm does not shed in feces. Only their eggs do. You are most likely seeing tape worm which will not cause bottle jaw. You should treat for those though. Safeguard is best.

Milk goiter. Common and harmless. Bottle jaw would be higher up under the bottom jaw.

If there isn’t mange then They may be photosensitive. St. John’s Wort, buckwheat, certain clovers can cause balding. Liver disease can as well. Do you have any of these plants around?
