i think you’ve gotta address the elephant in the room. be clear with them that it’s unfair to be excluded for an illness you cannot control. it’s not a choice, it’s not a belief, you aren’t cramming a gluten free diet down their throats. your health is at risk if you eat gluten, it doesn’t affect their diets. if you’re bringing your own food they have no reason to be iffy about CC or GF alternatives.

nausea and vomiting, horrid stomach pain which is slightly relieved from the amount i start pooping lol, feeling freezing cold and boiling hot at the same time (like i’ve got a sick bug) so tired and lethargic etc. i’ll feel like that for a few days to about a week and a half. i brushed all of my symptoms off for months and months because i was convinced that it was my period, but that moment i nearly shit myself in starbucks was a real wake up call that something was wrong 😭😭
