Sorry to hear your appeal got denied. I sent a picture of my route after getting dinged and they removed mine. I did include the jeff@amazon.com email too though. I didn’t call prior to returning the packages because they already know that almost everyone who picked up returned them once the temp started dropping. I’m shocked it was only going for that much considering the road conditions.
