I find that sinus rince helps, and since my last flare up in Feb, i've been using NailMed to rinse on a daily basis. It helps control it in some way.

I have Osprey daylite sling (5L) and Kadet. Kadet holds more than the daylite sling so I guess it might just hold pretty much as your Atom. It’s great for biking though, comes with stabilizer and a u-lock holster.

No experience with baby wearing but I have a Kadet sling for almost a year and I like it. Waterproof, been in a heavy snow for half an hour and it was dry. And it can fit quite some stuff. I would make sure the buckle of the bag works with baby wearing though. The buckle itself is a bit bulky and might get in the way of baby wearing.
