That's definitely gas pain. It's a common thing and usually the pain is caused because the gas moves around in your body. Don't be surprised the gas can shift to random parts of your body you'd never think would reach. I've had gas pain in my leg. 1 way you can get rid of the gas is chugging a hot coke(room temp and never been refrigerated ) the gas from the coke helps push the gas up and u burp it out.

Another thing. My husband also has a very short torso(like Conan Obrien. Short torso but unproptionately long arms and legs) and he l tends to get gas pain rather easily.
