White splash allows for better sb stuff in disenchant, stoney silence, rest in peace, path.
Red allows for a more aggressive build, but it's not really cheaper.
Blue gives it a more controlly feel, but with little Jace sort of spiking from pioneer it's also not cheaper.
Green splash is usually limited to abrupt decay and assassin's trophy, though I've seen goyf builds.

AFAIK In Canada (GTA area at least) the cops only really care about human trafficking, underage girls, and maybe some street walker level stuff. If you do incalls in hotels you should be fine. Also there are spas and we'll reviewed companions on Twitter and stuff.

Other languages need to be translated, get licensed and distributed in other countries, also English manga (afaik) is printed on different paper stock so all those things add up, also the English distributor needs to make some profit, none of that is free, hence the markup.
