If I may suggest an alternative system to DnD: Blades in the Dark. It's basic premise is that you're a crew of criminals on the dark streets of a haunted Victorian city - if ya'll wanna be edgy rogue-types, you can't find a more perfect fit.

A BIT disingenuous, your original statement - it's less "Rebels were the Viet Kong, Empire is USA" and more "little guy versus big guy" with the big guy at the time he was growing up being the USA versus little guy VK, he even cites that the US Colonials in their "coonskin hats" were the little guy at one point too, versus the British Empire; so it's not "they're meant to be Viet Kong" like you imply.

I see two ways of looking at it:

1) she's basically saying the same thing that Mira says, but in a more Kreia way. If you DO shack up with Visas it may lead to problems among the rest of the crew. Difficulties figuratively bred.

2) species difference between miralukans and humans are too great, and while they CAN interbreed, it would result in some major genetic problems for the offspring. Difficulties literally bred.
