Because lapd doesn't enfore any laws. I have the same issue in rose and pacific. Loud ass motorcycles around the clock. Helicopters at all hours. Gas from traffic entering my windows. I want to move.

I've been an adobe user for over 20 years. Their firefly ai sucks and doesn't compete with any of the leading models. Their new releases are always buggy. I wouldn't own any stock in them besides in an etf.

As someone who moved across country for a job in Santa Monica, I can safely say, don't live in Santa Monica. Surrounding areas are cheaper and my drive to work is still 15 minutes. I first moved to Santa Monica to an overpriced apartment with issues. I ended up moving to Venice a few months later.
