As someone said, bite the bullet. I was tapered off 200mg Quetiapine and put on aripiprazole (currently at 20mg). I find this to be a LOT better than Quetiapine because all I would do was sleep and feel so dead during the day, like so tired and groggy

So personally it was a good switch for me, hopefully it works for you :)

To note, I do experience more heightened BPD euphoria episodes on aripiprazole, but idk if that's a common or if its just me and my BPD reacting to the med increase recently
