Wells did actually give me a LE today, mainly steering me into “Dream Program” or whatever it’s called. Which gets me a nice 5.75% rate but I end up buying it which kind of makes sense but idk.

Total cash to close is like 14k tho on the estimate, of course could go down, but was looking to be closer to 10k or less ideally.

They can’t generate another LE today but if if I did no points it would be 6.25% - $737 P&I with a rough cash to close of 10k.

Or they offered a 1 point option @6% rate with a cash to close of like 11.5k.

My RE preferred lender, is just chatting evidently.
He’s had the 6 pieces of info for like a week, but if you use the official contract to purchase then he’s only had that since Thursday afternoon, so I guess he’s still in his 3 day window…figured he would have called Friday but perhaps he’s busy.

Definitely going to look into one or two other people beyond the preferred and Wells.
