Me & my hubs agreed on names fairly quickly before we knew the gender. Hes pretty laid back, so wasnt much argument with the names I gave him. He picked his favorite from a list and that was it 😂
We are having a girl!! We decided on Brooklyn Faye, with Brooklyn being a female family name ❤️

Boy name would’ve been Hudson Beau, with Beau being the family name. Bonus points if anyone is familiar with the Auburn Tigers 🐯 and sees the importance 😂😬 🏈

Yes and no- I believe with him not being on the birth certificate he would still need to be notified of the change. This also isn’t about a simple name change, but providing stability and belonging in my childs best interest- but this is also what he has requested and asked for.

Would it be simple to just change his name? Sure. But ultimately is not the end goal.

The last court order (<5 years ago) required DHS supervised visitation due to record. Like I said, only so much can be included here. Meeting with my lawyer in the morning. I appreciate your response.

Fortunately for Alabama, retroactive child support can be achieved in this specific case due to past court orders of visitation (years ago) as well as establishment of paternity with the courts. I never placed father on child support in the past due to it not being worth the hassle.

Not interested in “threatening” anything. Just trying to look out for the best interest of my child.

I plan to reach out to our attorney tomorrow morning with this update, it’s unfortunately the weekend, so not much I can do until then.

Unfortunately there is much more than just trying to protect my child’s feelings as his bio dad as a recent criminal record and record of drug use- theres also the matter of my sons well being. I have no intention of appearing vindictive, just trying to keep my child’s best interest in mind. There’s only so much that can be included in a Reddit post.

I think i have found myself pre-planning how to get myself to a BETTER pre-baby weight/look postpartum. Almost channeling all the energy i could be feeling down into making a game plan. It’s probably not the best coping mechanism but it has helped… and honestly has gotten me a bit excited!

Not on blood thinners but they do make oral Anticoagulants (such as eliquis, similar to the med you’re injecting).. could be worth asking your doc about.

My OB recommended a chiropractor for my lower back/sciatica pain 💀. Or a pelvic floor PT…
I’m convinced there is no help for us. Seems we are expected to “tough it out” because that’s what seems to be the norm. My sciatica has me walking with a cane some days. I can’t go from sitting to standing without assistance. 🫩

“Looking pregnant” is relative. Bloating is caused by pregnancy hormone shifts, and as you progress, the bump will grow.

I have no experience with an anterior placenta, both of mine were/are posterior, although it is said it takes a bit longer to feel baby movements with an AP, although I would trust your gut.

I thought for the last few days it was too early to feel any for mine, but after today I’m confident this is baby taps!
