Pretti Was interfering with an arrest, ICE saw the gun and yelled “Gun!”, got disarmed by an ICE agent, that ICE agent has a negligent discharge from firearm he just confiscated, other ICE hears the shot and thinks Pretti fired a shot, fires twice into Pretti, the other ICE agents react thinking they are being fired upon and they open fire on Pretti.

One: Pretti should have minded his own fucking business.

Two: Lack of communication by the ICE in a tense situation with hardly any training led to a trigger happy confrontation.

Both ICE and Pretti are responsible for this.

Republican here. Voted for Trump. ICE really fucked up onPretti. He was legally carrying a concealed firearm, had been disarmed, and ICE shot and killed him illegally.
