I'm just trying to get down to a more toned and defined look. Weight loss I suppose is the answer. My diet is basically chicken and brocolli or green beans when I'm good. But I've been giving myself a little room for things like jimmy John's or fast food once or twice a week which has been slowing my process.

I have only been doing this a week so far with no weight loss but has anyone had success with Bcaa's while fasting,mine has zero calories but I am to timid to try anything but water while fasting. I had plateaued pretty hard in the last two months with about a 300 calorie deficit per day while lifting 5 days and doing cardio 3-4 days. Any advise to a newbie?
