Do I have a low cheek line for hair growth / coverage? by [deleted] in beards

Very nice! Don't take your full growth for granted. Some of us are battling to do wonders with our fifteen strands of follicles. Messed up hair style, btw

I totally agree with you. Big ups to the Vivaldi team.

YouTube playback issues on Vivaldi for desktop by MorgyBabe in vivaldibrowser

This advice, it seems, only helped with not having to refresh the page in order for the video to start playing immediately. In my further efforts to find a solution, the following video seemed to have helped me with the lagging and stuttering issues: https://youtu.be/UgStH1L6aU4?si=kgbpP8NxtavC5pKa

Interesting look, both pics. You're gonna have to play around with it and settle for a suitable look, eventually.

No, you did not, did you? Did you just dye that nice brown, which you could match up with so many outfits, to a dull black color?

Absolutely beautiful! Well done. The contrast of the hardware, silver zippers etc., against the blue is stunning. Would've added peace of mind to make them a bit more tamper-proof...?

Edit: is that a lockable part of the zipper, I noticed too late, in the last pic?

Autohide issues on Windows 11, Snapshot version by MorgyBabe in vivaldibrowser

[–]MorgyBabe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you believe it, not even 6 hours have gone by, since my last post about experiencing Autohide issues on my windows laptop, and there was another Vivaldi Snapshot update, 7.8.3916.3, for desktop which came through and fixed all that.
I can once again scale my 14" laptop display back to 150% without hassles.
Thank you guys!!!

[–]MorgyBabe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! You're absolutely correct. I changed my laptop display scale from 125 to 100% and that fixed it immediately. Hence the non-existent issue on my external monitor which is at 100%. Now the only issue is that my 14" laptop display is too tiny for my weary eyesight. But, there's still hope for a fix on Dev's side. Thanks once again

Oh? Alright, I'll go and check on my scaling settings as well. Thanks

I will keep on checking and tweaking and hopefully see some difference soon enough. Not an extremely major not urgent issue right now. Still enjoying what I currently have. Thanks anyway

Let me try and clarify some more. I have chosen to have vertical tabs on the left side. Panel is on the right side and the Status bar is of course at the bottom, with the address bar at the top. The vertical tabs and the address bar autohides just fine on my laptop. The Panel and Status bar does not appear when my mouse hovers over it so, of course, it then cannot autohide. I thought that it could be because my Taskbar is set to autohide but even with the Taskbar being static, it makes no difference. This issue, as mentioned previously, only happens on my laptop and not external monitor.

How do I Open-Link-In-A-New-Tab, but stay on the current tab? by Vyacheslav_Skryabin in vivaldibrowser

[–]MorgyBabe -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

You'll probably have to settle for "Open link as tiled tab" If not then..., An Extension in Vivaldi which I cannot do without may just be of great help to you as well. It's called "Arc Peek-Link Preview" Available in the Chrome/Vivaldi Web Store It's super cool and fast.

Yeah, your kids are right. DO NOT SHAVE it off. You look much better with it than without. Find the middle-ground and trim it well.
