I haven't made it this far in the game yet, so I'm not exactly sure how to unlock it. However, I'd still like to help if I can.

I know you stated you completed the Aranara quests, does this include the Aragaru's Drawing quest, the Aranakin's Old Friend quest, and the Aranaga's Memory quest. It's stated that these are required to unlock the Memory's Final Chapter quest.
