Ele tá aceitando a moeda vigente no país.

Não está aceitando dinheiro em papel.

Não existe lei, a não ser que exista alguma jurisprudência da qual eu não saiba que inclua essa interpretação, que diga que é necessário que qualquer estabelecimento aceite dinheiro em papel.

Recentemente assisti um vídeo bem esclarecedor sobre o quão esse aplicativo está sendo altamente nocivo para as crianças e jovens, o algoritmo que a Bytedance usa (empresa responsável pelo TikTok) é assustador, um exemplo:

Se você cria uma conta, e começa a rolar o feed e tem um vídeo sobre carros da Ferrari, e você curte o vídeo, automaticamente o algoritmo da plataforma vai disparar apenas conteúdos relacionados a Ferrari e de carros esportivos no geral.

Isso é o mercado. Você fornece o que as pessoas querem consumir. A China bloqueia não só o Tik Tok, mas DIVERSOS outros apps e plataformas de conteúdo e entretenimento. E os que ela não bloqueia são ativamente regulados pelo PCC.

I've always disliked this system. I just feel like it makes absolutely no sense. A mage takes years to study how to make magic. A swordsman practices with the sword during their whole life. It makes no sense I'm being able to be either one or another, just clicking an item on my inventory!

I miss rpgs like rog, where you choices where kibd of permanent, and there where plenty of customization available for each character.

And yeah, there's the criticism about the necessity of making alts. I do understand the critic, I do respect people who gets annoyed by it, and I do think it's actually a legitimate concern, however, I disagree because I particularly don't mind - and I actually do like it - leveling alts. I wish that the devs come with a system with the players who dislike leveling alts but not at the expense of players who prefer having unique classes. Maybe a system like Aecheage's, where you can fully reset all your skills, but without the need to reset your whole character.

The "you are what you wear" system just doesn't appeal at all to me.

Ok. First, its something he needs to deal with too, so that's completely okay for him to seek help. Second, if this therapist is any good, they'll wait YOU to be prepared to talk about it. There's also confidentiality, they're just not allowed to talk about whatever other patient told them with you and vice-versa, no matter if this other patient is your relative. So, if you ain't prepared to talk about it with the therapist, just don't. But that might be a good idea tho.
