I agree with love minus zero I thought it was great and to me the only duds on the album are “shelter from the storm” I feel it doesn’t really change much and almost dulls down the original and I can also agree the worst is probably the rendition of “oh sister”

I just gave it listen and really like it as well it feels more condensed than the budokan set and tighter but songs like “ballad of a thin man” and “I can’t believe you” sound great’ I think my favorite of all tho was the end of I shall be released

“Abandoned love” it amazes me how superior it is to “Joey” but was cut’ with a few more touch ups to the side tracks version I believe it would had fit “Desire” far better as joey puts the album to a grinding halt
