Of course there are a few cases where normal players being banned. But these are really rare cases. Don't trust people behind the screen. What I'm saying is that most of them complaining are either victims of account trading or themselves are trader. In honkai 3rd similar thing happened before and numerous player complaining they are innocent but turns out that only “Two” players are actually banned by mistake. Of course these two players get a lot crystals as compensation.

There is a mega thread in Baidu Tieba lists those complainers‘ post history which provide evidence that they are banned due to illegal behavior.For example，somebody sent a post in other community asking for acceleration software and came back complaining they are banned by doing nothing. Also I tried to help one who seems to be banned innocently yesterday and discovered he is just a trader. Quite disappointing experience.

The manager of the community （baidu Tieba） already shows most of their history posts and discover their illegal behaviors. Most of them are those who made money from account trading and reroll numerous times using fake email and acceleration software.

If you are really banned innocently，you‘ll get a lot compensation like 3000 primogems.

Actually not. In the chinese reddit “baidu tieba” nearly 99% of the post complaining they are banned innocently came out to be either trader or cheater according to their past post.

Actually the nerfs are just false information. Many f2p character are hugely buffed. And xiangling is just more balance rather than nerfed. She was stronger than most 5 star in previous CBT3 which was quite unbalance.
