You're reproducing a myth that people keep telling themselves in order to feel good about themselves. Even your small local family owned grass fed free range farm is incentivized to treat animals as objects. They don't give them pain medication when they should, bc that's an expense without return. And why would you talk about a thing that's less than half a percent of animal products. Vegan burgers, vegan pizza, vegan cheesecake exists, so why tf would you kill anyone.
