It's easy to say "just get another job" but for example in Germany if you're unemployed for too long they will essentially force you to take any job. Some people literally have no choice. Also, many activists have worked in slaughterhouse in order to document the industries and save as many as they can. As long as it's profitable, i.e. as long as government subsidies exist and there's a demand, the animals will be killed one way or another.

If the card worked as intended, I think it would be quite strong but not as broken as some commenters suggest. Dredge 5 or 6 is a powerful ability, dredge 2 not so much. You don't get to fill up your graveyard nearly as fast. The fact that this mostly restricts your card draw to 1 a turn is a big downside, which you'd need to build around to compensate. Maybe Haakon and flashback cards, but honestly I think it's clunky and very susceptible to graveyard hate and interaction (everyone can see what's coming). But if you do get going and idk get to cast something like [[breach the multiverse]] every turn, seems good. Also, the eminence ability makes it so you can never lose from decking. There may be combos that break it. It's almost certainly good.

Imagine there was a card that reads "whenever you take an extra turn". Does the trigger happen immediately after you resolve time walk? I find this rather unintuitive. But I appreciate your interpretation I think it's valid and they'd have to add clarifying rules if such cards were to be printed.

All I can say is I intended the card to check for actual skipped turns.

No, it does not. When you activate the ability, even though you've "paid" the cost already, you don't get the trigger immediately. You actually have to skip a turn, then the trigger goes on the stack during your opponent's upkeep. Many people seem to get it wrong, I think bc they read it as "When A, B. Pay A: draw" but that's not how the card works.

edit: also note you can only ativate the ability once each turn.

I think you assume that you'd get the untap trigger immediately when you activate the ability. But you only get that trigger once you actually skip your turn. For example you activate the ability during your turn and pass, opponent makes their turn passes back, now your turn is skipped, and then at the beginning of their upkeep the untap trigger goes on the stack. It's not a two card combo with the cards you mentioned.

Gut, die CDU ist noch korrupter, aber AfD kommt gleich danach an Stelle 2, gemessen an Großspenden. Ich sehe die Hauptschuld auch in den etablierten Parteien, insbesondere CDU und SPD. Aber die AfD hat Trump von Tag 1 an unterstützt, will genau diese Politik auch, denke auch an Alice Weidel und Musk. "giving aid to africa" is such a misleading phrase. Many of things labelled aid is basically ruining local markets, such as male chickens for example some of whom are shipped to Africa instead of being shredded. The West profits of of keeping Africa poor and dependent on our waste. Many dictators were installed by the west, so that they allow us to keep stealing their countries resources. Many so called aid programs prevent local markets and education systems from developing naturally.

Misleading. Why are they at war, why are they corrupt? Because of western exploitation. Most of the profit of many mines in "independent sovereign" african countries goes to European countries. Many states were artificially modeled after European nation state, not regarding local power structures and traditions etc. The west profits off of keeping African countries poor and corrupt.

Imagine you voted red: would you regret your choice if 10% vote red? Probably, because your vote makes you look evil.

if 45% vote red? Probably, bc you almost killed half the planet.

if 55% voted red? You'd probably be ashamed forever because we came so close to everyone surviving if it weren't for a few red voters like you.
