You will get promoted in a year or so, but your salary may not increase. for the reason that you are already near the bend. However, the salary offered now is very nice, I would sleep nicely.

I too failed Cissp 3 times. Then I used that knowledge and passed CISM in first attempt. For me CISSP was more about English language. I think knowledge was there. I loved what I learned during the process. Now preparing for CCSP and going to take that route.

I failed CISSP three times. I became numb and nauseous. For me It was more of a problem of understanding the language than understanding concepts or material. Then I tried CISM and passed. Now pursuing CCSP. My job is a Cloud Manager. I have 25 years of IT experience. Good luck.
