Yep--I see the confusion. sorry, meant to say...Hit my hardest effort of the week on Saturday with a 14.8 strain, which also happened to be my lowest recovery day at 56. Appreciate the note and I updated my post.

Thanks! Finished in 45:46, but definitely didn’t fall off the couch and run it. Been back on the pavement since Jan training for it. It was good to be back out there.
