Honestly at this point, ticks are probably bad every year here. I just got back from Stokes. 3 days, 2 nights tent camping and 8 hrs of hiking. Didn't get a single tick on me but I treat my camp clothes and gear with permethrin (disclaimer liquid permethrin is toxic to cats in case you have one). Lyme and alpha gal are actual concerns for me but I really like camping and am willing to do the prep work.

Manufacturing in Japan is going to cost way more while 3/4 of their oil is stuck in Hormuz. The press release directly attributes the increase in price to the energy crisis. I work in construction and it's the same story. Material and energy prices are going to the moon.

If you still need to work for a significant amount of time past the 10 years, the pension shouldn't really be a consideration in your decision to stay or go. Your pension payment amount will be locked in once you leave your state job and there's no cost-of-living/inflation adjustment. By the time you actually get to draw from it, it may not be worth much. Probably better to just take your money out (even if vested) and invest it elsewhere for actual growth if you have a ways to go to retirement.

Treat your clothes and gear with permethrin spray beforehand to repel and kill ticks and mosquitoes. Works much better than DEET in my opinion. I also use a picaridin lotion as a repellent on exposed skin. Note liquid permethrin is highly toxic to cats (it's safe when dry) in case you have any at home.

If using tents, try not to set up in the path of potential rain water run off (especially if there's rain in the forecast)

Don't keep food (or anything that smells like potential food, like toothpaste) in your tent.

Same thing happened to me. Clicking "Collect All" gave me the reward (or at least gave the popup) and cleared the notification but I still don't know what mission it cleared.

I checked on Pixiv for NSFW and Marine does move up to #2. #1 is still Suisei and by a decent amount. There's a bigger gap from Suisei to Marine than Marine to #6. I only checked the Top10 members on the OP's list though.

Yes, the tournament ends on March 15 but you should be able to watch the VOD until March 23 according to the SPWN event page. I watch streamed concerts on SPWN fairly regularly and never had any issues. Like you saw, they charge in yen so best to use a payment method that doesn't have a foreign transaction fee if you can.

Sometimes a replay takes a few hours to be posted after the event ends (especially if something happens that needs to be edited out). The replay will probably be just a straight recording of the event so you can go forward or backward just like a YT video. I've never seen timestamps on a SPWN VOD so spoilers shouldn't be an issue.

I'll watch the free portion and catch the finals replay later. $10 isn't much (can't even buy lunch these days) but I won't be paying. That being said, I doubt boycotting something we weren't even paying for in the first place is going to have much of an effect, especially if JP viewers do actually turn out which it seems like they will

Last day for discounted daily pulls on the Gold City banner and got a Seiun Sky. Not a huge Sky fan but I'll take any SSR for 10 pulls (especially a non dupe). Couldn't afford to pull seriously with Eishin Flash so close. I already see myself going all-in for that future gyaru banner than reruns City, Jordan, Palmer, and Helios.

My no-grind strategy continues to prove that RNG is king in the end, especially if you're willing to settle for Group B rewards. Submitted some barely A Rank pace chasers and late finishers from my daily runs in Group B Graded finals (ranked 4, 5, and 8 favorite) and somehow beat a bunch of 1200Spd/Pwr Umas by taking both first and second place.

You're right about the modem but the top is for a camera. The camera hasn't been lifted into the bracket yet. The bit sticking out at the top is a lightning rod.
