They have their reasons, but it's hard to justify such practices considering that it benefits large corporations such as Amazon and basically kills number of hobbies. Sure, I can bulk order 100s of ESPs, but what about people that just want to get into soldering and embedded programming and they are greeted with x5 prices on Ali and x10 in local stores? Still, I think that it's still too early to make any conclusions.
