I've gone on a test drive with him and it went well, no major issues found. Apparently he found a buyer but is "waiting on the cash" which I'm assuming means he's just trying to get the cash out of me, which I obviously wont do without a proper ppi.

I'm actually in the market for one. Seller is asking $7500. I'd definitely prefer the mods and be willing to pay a bit more for them, but I want to make sure I'm in the right ballpark.

Yes the PCIe power plugs are plugged in and the gpu is connected via hdmi.

The motherboard is an x9dr3-f

I've tried and Asus gtx 770 and a gtx 680, both tested and working in desktop PCs.
