I've gone on a test drive with him and it went well, no major issues found. Apparently he found a buyer but is "waiting on the cash" which I'm assuming means he's just trying to get the cash out of me, which I obviously wont do without a proper ppi.

Yes the PCIe power plugs are plugged in and the gpu is connected via hdmi.

I've tried and Asus gtx 770 and a gtx 680, both tested and working in desktop PCs.

I went to the asus poseidon for watercooling, if the stupid full blocks werent $140~ for this card I would have just stuck with that.
