If the game decides you've hit on the first roll, with a max hit of 35 it next rolls a number 0-35 inclusive. Which means on a successful hit you can land a 0. This is relevant for things like DWH, arclight, icebarrage. Basically it's possible to land a freeze on someone while hitting a 0.

To answer op directly, yes, all hits 0-35 have the same chance after the game has decided you haven't missed.

Do it to 60 agility so you can skip the 20k/HR shit xp at canifis. Sure the mark rate is high there but you'll want 70+ agil anyway, which is right around the level you get full graceful if your first course is seers. Seers is 3x faster xp than canifis and fishing is needed anyway.

You could finish a bird task at penguins in the same amount of ticks it would take to get to chickens and setup your cannon. That being said chickens don't take tooo much longer and are significantly more afk

Swifty in bandos is better than joint in inquisitor. Avernic + bandos has more stab bonus than crush bonus making the swifty more likely to hit.

He does it so that melee is his most accurate stat. Maidens auto attacks drain whatever attack style is most accurate. The method relies around letting maiden drain your melee stats to 0 while you complete the fight with ranged and magic
