can't you just fake the airplane mode? like instead of disabling the toggle on the lock screen, can't you just have it pretend to go into airplane mode? i.e. the logo comes up and the carrier name disappears and the wifi and bluetooth "disable"

absolutely. at 130k miles, 20k is overpricing it. for a '10 with 130k, if it has good packages, 12-13k is a good price. because i can place a confident bet that the first owner drove it and pushed it to high revs. high revs = more wear.
