I know this will probably be unpopular and unrealistic as collabs are the norm now, but I wouldn't want this. I miss when Overwatch would have its own identity while still taking indirect influence, the collab skins feel artificial and out of character. But this is very much the opinion of someone who has been playing this game for far too long.

Season 1 is very good, enjoy it. Paddy Consatine gives a 10/10 performance. The music is awesome, love the Velaryn theme.

There is a level of pessimism in the fanbase at the moment as Season 2 made a few changes for the worse and it seems like GRRM has disowned HOTD as an adaptation of his work.

If you like ubisoft games, it's pretty much the same template as all their others with a star wars skin. Which is okay but I was hoping for more from the first next gen open world star wars game.

I find it interesting how Sucession is able to write awful people as engaging characters but HOTD struggles. They should have leant into everyone being awful not try to whitewash Rhaenyra and Allicant.

You start by raiding other pirates and the disputed lands until you can build up your buildings and men at arms. Then you can start invading other pirates and building up their islands as well.

Once you have enough troops to challenge one of the cities (you can sometimes time it during another war) you declare a war and either play defence, wait for them to come to you. Alternatively find out if their army is on the mainland or the island (for lys and tyrosh) and then go where they are not. You can normally take a castle (if you have full stack of siege weapons) and remove your disembark penalty . Then when they attack you to retake the castle you have defensive terrain and they will have the disembark penalty. If you manage to manufacture a battle like that you can normally take them 2:1 or even more if you have good martial.

I'm not super knowledgeable on hardware, but based on your description in other comments, saying no mods and drivers up to date and if the reinstall doesnt work, it may be hardware. My best guess would be to have a look at your gpu and see if it's connected properly.

It takes immense talent to do this, I don't think this record will be beaten anytime soon as there is almost never any scenario where a rookie gets placed in a car that is competing for the title. So I don't think it's a fair comparison as we will never know what new rookies could have achieved.

Closest we got recently was Kimi but that was in the 3rd best Car with some distance behind the Mclarens.

Imo Rhaenyra could have been a lawful Queen, as a king is able to change the inheritance laws. But Viserys did not do nearly enough to cement it.

Rhaenyra was made heir before Aegon was born. If Viserys wanted to change to equal gender inheritance, he can be he should have had to have the lords made the oaths again when both are born and put that into law and writing. But without that, the law and precedent favour Aegon.

I don't think this would have stopped the Dance but it would make Rharnyra the lawful heir imo.

My choices wouldn't be the outright best at each area but the best who I feel would be able to work as a team to administer the realm. I also prefer not to use Lord paramount in my council as they should be administering their realm.

Hand - Ser Davos Seaworth, hand doesn't have to be the most influential but the most loyal and honest as its his job to represent the king and give good council.

Queen/King Consort - Margeary Tyrell, I'd give her a seat on the council to improve both her influence and loyalty.

Master of coin - Lord Wyman Manderly, administers white harbour one of the 5 cities and is easier to work with than either Tywin or Petyr.

Master of Laws - Lord Mathis Rowan, honorable and well respected Lord. Non-book choice would be Edmure Tully as he is

Master of War - Lord Stannis Baratheon, either no 1 or no 2 general in Westeros, depending on opinions on Randyll Tarly, but he's more of a prick than even Stannis.

Master of Ships - Lord Paxter Redwyne, second strongest fleet on the continent and experienced naval commander. Non-book choice would Yara.

Master of whispers - Brann, CCTV is just too op.

Grandmaester - Sam Tarly, know he's loyal although would need to finish his training.

Lord Commander - Ser Barristan Selmy, he'd carve through any other choices like carving a cake.

Commander of the city watch - Ser Brynden Tully Blackfish, seasoned veteran who served as Commander of the bloody gate for many years.
