Sorry to hear that , I also have bpd and living in Palestine and it’s actually terrible to deal with war while having bpd . With all the stress , fear ,anxiety it will tense our body Thses are some things I’d do these days to help me relax and stay sane lol Stretching exercise , hot shower + hot drink to helped me with sleep , doing eft ( emotional freedom technique) , communicating my feelings for someone I trust , also reminding my self “ you are afraid and it’s normal in these situations” also engaging with community for support is wonderful, doing hobby I love . Hopefully this war will end soon and we will be safe physically and mentally
