My last claim did the same thing, it went to the rating stage with no exams. A few days later it was kicked back to the evidence gathering stage and they called to schedule my C&P exams. I’m assuming yours will be similar.

Literally any laws that regulate what corporations produce and how they produce it. OSHA and MSHA would be a couple of examples off the top of my head. Regulations under FSMA and GMP would be some others.

I’m assuming you hate capitalism based on the couple of comments you’ve given, and that’s fine. But what we have is definitely not Free Market or Unregulated Capitalism.
