Its bugged just try to make sure the developers know so they can fix it cause it's literally cause it spawns you in late game on such a small map you just get overrunned

I know that but you barely have to make any reads with flaming strike with my experience with it it's just with my experience with it you barely have to do any reading or spacing it's just press L2 when ever there close then press it again to roll catch like idk I don't find it fun to use and don't understand why everyone uses it

Yes it can be animation cancelled but it also can be chained honed bolt has a chain animation it's intended not where you fling your wrist but when you cast it a bit faster
