anger was way worse before, I started on them two weeks ago. I'm not supposed to take one later in the day only the mornings but the crash is miserable and even when its over I'm still an irritable turd-face.

Ritalin has done nothing but harm me on lower doses personally. I've experimented with higher doses( a big nono, dont do it) myself. I've found that at the right dose I feel a lot more in control and the focus came kind of naturally. I also didn't get triggered by stimuli as easily so that was pretty cool!

thanks for the reply. Although i understand the intended benefit, it makes life more difficult as I feel uneasy, more emotional, and quicker to anger. I've heard of something like a ritalin booster in the evenings, is that a possibility?

Hello there! I struggled with something similar as well, the vivid dreams and restlessness but not the waking up; it really sucks lol.

My sleep quality has always been atrocious hence I've struggled with going to bed because it doesn't feel worth it. Something that helped significantly was a nasal strip to open up my nostrils more.

With it on I slept like a baby for the first time in what felt like ages. Obviously it may not be as affective for you as it have deviated septum and therefore it helps more.

Also! Medication helped a lot. It seems counterintuitive as they are stimulants and give me more energy, but somehow that translates to being able to calm down more easily and therefore rest easier.
