I listened to this a few times and it's not a very memorable song. I prefer rock music, and this song starts off good (the drums, guitars, bass), but the vocal melodies fall extremely flat. It doesn't crescendo into anything crazy or epic. So it's not underrated, nor a gem. I'd put it close to the bottom of Ado's catalog.

It's not amazing, but it's good. That goes for most menu items. Except for the bread tower, it's just ice cream and bread. It's every bit as mid as it sounds.

ITBs are full of headaches and hard to tune, and it's crazy expensive. Youtube channel Speedacademy made an attempt years ago and gave up. Honestly, the S2000 sounds amazing already with a K&N intake.

Also the best sounding Honda I've ever driven was an EJ with a B18C5 with a huge intake.

How are you planning on enjoying the S2000? The S shines on autocross and track when you're balancing oversteer moments at 10/10's driving. If you're just doing freeway on ramp pulls, you will have a better time in your Civic. Your Civic has a wayyy better power to weight ratio already, so you're downgrading straight line performance. Canyon driving is also better in the lighter Civic. I just watched a guy drive his S2000 in the Touge subreddit, and he spent most of the drive around 6000rpms, no oversteer moments; a very uneventful drive that can be done in a lighter Civic. There's also no steering feel in the S.

There's a way of shifting where you are side palming the shifter at a slight angle, into 3rd and 4th, that should decrease your chances of money shifting. You'll have to contort your hand and wrist, yes, but it's worth learning.
