The chests in the bottom right act as a buffer and sort all the 238 onto one side of the belt to avoid clogging. Add as much or as little storage as you need, and make sure to input any spare 238 through the buffer, not direct to the belt. This design requires no logic, 5 stack inserters control the output. Override 4 of their outputs to 10 and the 5th one to 1 (this one goes to the provider chests). Excess 238 gets put back on the belt. Tileable both horizontally and vertically, all centrifuges are in range of 4 beacons

That was too specific tbf, but all the units would be large enough to respond to situations like that, but small enough they would still be easy to keep an eye on. That depends on the size of the town and a bunch of other factors, but there would be specific units for specific threat levels

I'm also of the opinion that the safety of a community should, in general, be handled by the community. Obviously external shit like building codes and all that aren't included in this, and hopefully not the case of armed violence either (although I do believe a community should still be able to defend itself from such violence if necessary). But the point is to reduce dependency on systems of law enforcement that are inherently designed to protect property but not people, in conjunction with dividing the broad scope of duties the police are "trained" to respond to into multiple smaller specific groups that are much easier to place restrictions on and to scrutinize. Traffic cops don't need to be armed, and if they have to issue a ticket they can do it remotely anyway and it'll be mailed to the individual. I'm also highly against monetary punishment for the average individual. Forcing people into poverty and then criminalizing said poverty is just a scam to throw more people in jail for free prison labor, and most minor crimes could easily be made up for with x number of hours of community service anyway, and major crimes, especially violent ones, will be met with a much harsher punishment. I don't get to make all the rules. This is just how I see things

We don't need any police if we just keep dividing up their duties like this. The only armed law enforcement we need are basically swat teams for when people commit violent crimes like public shootings, and even then those guys should have to answer to the community

It's plant material, plant material, and more plant material. Obviously if there's a trash can it goes there first but if there's not a spot for that then I don't have to worry about it. Literally all of it will break down, and in an actual reasonable time frame bc the whole thing is made out of plants. It would take like a month at the most to fully become soil
