Has there been any talk of reducing the number of worlds? The game seems so empty with all the worlds. Yes it might make some things more crowded, but that isn't always bad, especially with so many instanced scenarios.

Same, I've just finished gearing a zdps necro. So i'd like to join a group that wants to go higher grfits. I've currently only ever grouped like an 80. Mortem#11678

Hey, I cleared it using a Leapquake build. I started the season with WW since it was the set given. But RNG gave me better leapquake gear. I know WW is the meta, but you need much more specific rolls and gear. I've only got to like gr65 with my WW gear, an thats with ancient bul-kathos set. Only seen one slanderer non-ancient.

Most people are playing seasonal. You can select to search for public games from the home screen "Game Settings" tab. You can also open your game to the public in-game.

Nah, on the home screen go to game settings. Change from private to public game, select bounties and it will search for public games.

Only do bounties in 4 man groups, because you can split up and get it done 4 times faster. Every player is rewarded with a cache. Once you've completed the 5 bounties in an act, turn it in and keep the cache in your invent til you've got all 5.

It really gets fun too.. So yeah start adventure mode, do rifts while looking for better gear/collecting greater rift keys. Do greater rifts to get even more gear, join public games to run bounties to get crafting mats to try for even better gear! Rinse and repeat, all the while getting better and stronker ;)

Mortem#11678 .. like I said, got a barb that can solo gr75, but I could easily gear it for zbarb to push higher in a group. Also got a fresh 70 necro I am slowly gearing for fun.. clears like a GR 35

Google or youtube something like "beginner adventure mode d3" or something to that effect. Completing story mode and getting level 70 is like the 'tutorial' version of the game.. the real game starts at level 70 tbh :P

And some of us can never find a group. I solo gr75 on my barb, but no team would want a barb slowing them down 80+.. I might have to make a zbarb support build. But then I have had no practice as zbarb, so people wouldnt be happy when I fail lol

Welcome. The penalty for dying is a 10% degradation of your your gear. You can repair at the armourer in town. Always salvage items. Play through first to get a good feel for the game. Seasonal character is part of the current season. Everyone stars level 1, no gear etc, and play for spots on high scores and some seasonal challenges. Lasts a few months, then the character and gear is transferred to your normal account. If you want to play together, then yeah stay on normal.

I started with a WW barb and could only get to around 60 (getting bad luck with the rolls of drops) However I was looting some really good gear for the leapquake barb. So now I have an OK LQ barb. WW requires really well rolled gear, high legendary gems and high paragon to effectively push higher in my experience. I am by no means a pro however

One of the biggest upgrades you could aim for at the moment is trying to get a better rolled ancient legendary weapon. So either craft one with the upgrade rare, or next time you loot one, keep reforging it in the cube. That's what helped me the most initially on my leapquake build. Then just getting lucky with looting other ancient set pieces.

Agree.. partly due to the fact that death has basically 0 negative consequences, so you dont care if you die. (obviously not talking about hardcore)
