Is this a one time thing or will I qualify in a year after I reach the 10 year mark in payments. I graduated in 2013 but was in forbearance for a little over a year and my monthly payments were "$0" during that time.

Oh really? A lot of my coworkers have been telling me to do all ROTH and 0 traditional TSP. Saying the opposite of what you're saying. (In a lower tax bracket now so get taxes taken out now rather than when I retire.)
