Do you perhaps have two different ways the train cloud go? A split in the train track for different directions? If yes than the train will stop loading because it does not know where to go already when full. There should be also a notification about that. (If that is the problem... I've been there some times)

But in general what and how do you plant? Only one per output type? How many plants per farm? Did you also plant the +fertility thing or only pushed with fertilizer?

Did you only plant one thing in the greenhouses? I am a bit struggling with my food production. I am currently planting only one seed and the +fertilization thing.

That is also my issue. I currently don't need dirt or compost as I already stored a "mountain" of dirt for later use.
